Just before half term, children in Years 4,5 and 6 enjoyed a Team Building Day led by South Cambs School Sport Partnership.

The children spent some time in the classroom first, discussing what they thought would be important for team building and they came up with the following skills and qualities:

cooperation, collaboration, support, encouragement, awareness, respect, commination, sharing of ideas, listening, comprising. 

They then thought about how to behave around others during the activities by being kind, calm and clear in their communication – whether this was verbal or non-verbal.

The children had a super time taking part in lots of different team building activities and demonstrating the qualities and skills discussed!
